This journal goes deeper than any I’ve used before while remaining incredibly gentle and supportive. The prompts are thoughtful and judgment-free, helping me connect past to present without feeling overwhelmed. It feels like a conversation with a wiser version of myself. Beautifully designed and truly a safe space for reflection. I would highly recommend.

I get so much joy from sharing these little cards. Sometimes I pick a card based on the affirmation I want to offer someone, or I spread them out and have them pick an image. I have given them to my doctor, pharmacist, waiters, spa staff, friends, family at a holiday celebration, and left some in a neighborhood free library.

What I love most is how people pause when they read their card. There’s this moment of recognition, like the message really reaches their heart and mine.

I am currently using one as a bookmark for my nightly reading, to have a reminder of something I really need. The artwork on each card is so calming and beautiful. It makes the messages feel even more special.

I’ve worked with many journals and guided prompts before, but none have taken me this deep, and supported me this gently at the same time. The way the prompts are structured feels incredibly thoughtful and intentional. They guide me into my shadow with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment.

These cards are beautiful. I absolutely love them. The colors are vivid and the quality is excellent. They feel sturdy, but not so thick they cannot be shuffled.

These little gems are magic!!! Spreading care, compassion and joy to everyone around you. I just received my order last night. I tucked them into my work bag and took them to work today passing them out to strangers and co-workers. Everyone I gave them to complimented and was in awe of the art and the thoughtful wisdom wish that is written on the card. I was hugged by strangers after giving them a wisdom wish. I simply said I have a little something for you. And then the joy began! It sparked a conversation between strangers!

Shadow work can sometimes feel elusive and ethereal - so I love having a step by step guide written by women who have not only done this work but walk other women through their journey. I was an immediate yes on this book to support Jessica (and Jenny) who has been a mentor to me with breath and shadow work. But it’s like she’s still here guiding me again as I do this work. I feel her essence, love and passion for this work and it feels like actual support. I even got additional copies to have in office for clients. I included a picture I sent of my daughter and me both doing this work together. It reminds me of the idea that whatever we heal backwards we heal forwards.

The Wisdom of Wholeness journal has been an incredible resource for doing shadow work on my own. I personally need a tool to literally guide me through the process, otherwise I wouldn’t just make it happen. The oracle deck has been a good forcing function, but this journal really helps me spend more time exploring the topics at greater depths. I appreciate the variety of invitations and feeling like this journey is whole within itself. The creators did an incredible job weaving genuine care and thorough reflection in each of the prompts. Love this deck! The artwork is beautiful, as are the writings for each card. A friend and I used the deck for our morning journeling, and I also made tapping (eft) sequences to go along with each card to help me integrate the messages even deeper. If you’re looking for a shadow deck, this it it. This deck is amazing. I got it a year or so ago and had the honor of meeting the author. I’ve been using this deck a lot lately with the recent shift into the Full Moon in Scorpio. I could tell I needed to work on facing patterns. These cards so beautifully express the layered emotions with the art, and the book’s description and helpful suggested rituals are so perfectly intense. This is definitely a Shadow deck. One I had hoped and looked for a long time.
