Join us for 4 days of Soul Work designed to create space for deepening into wholeness. Through process painting, breathwork journeys, circles, and embodied experiences, we will dive into our inner worlds to let our Souls’ Wisdom speak. Transformational experiences are a key element of our own lives as well as our work… and this retreat is an expression of what we honor most deeply.

Come home to yourself. Find wholeness through exploration and deep play.

You are a powerful, creative being worthy of expression. Within you lies a boundless world of images, symbols, and forms unique to your Soul. Too often, so many of us have had to squelch or dampen our own inner creative fire out of fear of criticism, rejection, or from past discouragement. But no more. Your creativity is your power. It is a portal for accessing what is within and giving it a space in which to be seen, heard, and fully witnessed.

As part of this retreat, we will use the basic tools of tempera paint, brushes and paper to tap and express from the life force energy that is inherent within each one of us. Imagine having the materials and encouragement for your inner child to come out and play with vibrant color, lines, and form without any critique or criticism, but simply to play and revel in joyous bliss, Soul-nourishment, and deep surrender.

With loving support, you will be guided to reconnect with your inner self and wholeness using painting as a tool for self-discovery. Process painting is about the experience of showing up to ourselves, not about the finished painting. No prior art experience necessary. All materials will be provided.

There is a simple, yet profound inner alchemy that occurs when we gather intentionally in community. It is like a swirl of revelation, heart-nourishment, and a return to more layers of who we really are underneath it all. We will gather in Sacred Circle and co-create a space together that truly supports our own inward journey, while celebrating the unique expression of one another.

We will dive deep into expanded states of consciousness through Soul Journey Breathwork practices. A guided rhythmic 3-part breath, set to a curated soundtrack, allows an opening for the thinking-mind to set itself aside while the Soul’s Wisdom guides a potent inner experience of visioning, expansion, clarity, self-healing, and integration. This is not like a meditative breath to quiet the mind. This is an activated, felt ‘experience’ to tap into the intuitive heart.

Each day we will be in gentle-yet-potent self-exploration, ceremonies, and personal practices that will create space for deepened wholeness that will surely be felt long after our time together.

Each of us are wisdom keepers.
We all hold the keys to our own wholeness.

Together, we will illuminate, celebrate, and witness layers of both shadow and light in the core of our being.

Logistics

We will gather at The Prama Institute in Marshall, NC. 20 min. from Asheville. Held in the ancient Appalachian Mountains.

Thursday, August 4th - arrival at 2:00pm
Sunday, August 7th - departing by 2:00pm

This retreat is a safe space, to be all that you are. We wholeheartedly welcome adults of all ages, genders, gender expressions, sexual orientations, races, nationalities, and backgrounds. Accessibility note - the property has stairs. Please contact us before registration if you have questions about how we can meet your needs.

Investment includes:

  • Four Days & Three Nights on-site accommodations at the all-inclusive retreat space.
    Commuter rate available for those choosing to stay off-site.

  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
    Prama is a vegetarian facility. The menu will be set to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free eaters.

  • All supplies and materials for process painting.

  • All workshops, circles, soul journeys, and experiences.

  • The only thing not covered is your travel to and from the retreat center, and any optional merchandise you choose to purchase on-site. We will have our Oracle decks as well as small treasures of Jenny’s art and Jessica’s sacred goods.

    Energy Exchange:

    • $980 - Single bed in shared room. Dorm-style bunk room shared with 4 people.

    • $1,470 - Private room - SOLD OUT

    • $900 - Commuter rate. Navigate off-site overnight accommodations on your own. Travel in each day to attend all parts of the retreat. All meals included.

    • Restrooms are shared for all room choices.

    • Installment plans no longer available, since retreat is just around the corner.

A note on health and safety.

Attending this event is by choice and at your own risk. You are welcome to wear a face mask if you feel more comfortable doing so; however, masks are not required. If you do not feel well leading up to the retreat, please take care of yourself and refrain from attending.

Update & shift in policy at Prama: The Prama Institute is now asking all participants to present a negative Covid test upon arrival. Please take a Covid test within the 48 hours prior to our retreat, and have your negative results in hand upon your arrival to the property. If you do not have a self-test available, we will have a few available on-site for $10. Please be advised: if you test on-site upon arrival, you will need to wait outside while social distancing for 15+ minutes for your results. Thank you for supporting us in complying with this new policy at Prama.

Refund policy: If you are experiencing any symptoms of any contagious illness, or have been in proximity recently with someone who has been experiencing any contagious illness, you are asked to withdraw your attendance from retreat. If we are able to gather and you withdraw your attendance for any reason, including Covid, you will not receive a refund/credit (partial or in-full). If we become unable to gather due to shelter-in-place or any other governmental guidelines, you will then be offered a full credit to use towards any future retreat or offering. To reduce the risk of losing your attendance for this retreat, you may wish to consider practicing social distancing and extra precautions to avoid contracting any contagious illness for the 10+ days prior to retreat. We reserve the right to comply with any shift in governmental mandates, or to opt out of them.

We are Jenny Hahn (artist, left) and Jessica Ricchetti (author, right). We are the Creators of Intuitive Art & Alchemy, LLC. Together we combine Art as a tool for personal process and the Art of Inner Alchemy as a tool for deep transformation. We work soulfully to bring our communities Sacred Tools, Retreats, Workshops, and other experiences for Soulful Deepening in the spirit of Intuitive Art & Alchemy and Honoring the Wholeness of Spiritual Journeys - in both Shadow and Light. We are soul sisters in addition to making the most magical co-creation partnership.
